SoundCloud allows you to upload tracks and choose who can listen, comment or download your music. It’s also a great tool for collaborating with other musicians (sending files, giving comments directly on the waveform, etc…) as well as staying up to date with what your fellow producers are working on at the moment …

SoundCloud is run by our friends and neighbours Eric & Alex- temporary hosts of legendary rooftop parties...
Since the launch of Vienna, Barcelona and Copenhagen unlike.net features the SoundCloud Drop-Box to recevice local tracks by local crews. Each cities own specific sound. Word.

We still have 16, 15 invites left … drop a mail and we´ll get in touch!

What started with vino tino and tostada de huevos de codorniz in Barcelona turned into a full-fledged love affair with the city of Barcelona.

Vienna surprised us even more with an artist’s haven of a place, offspace, that we would have never expected to find in Austria’s capital.

After few stressful weeks hovered over the computer, we sojourned to peaceful Copenhagen and recharged at one of the city’s foliage-filled gardens.

Suddenly, we found ourselves with three more cities on our radar. Barcelona, Vienna and Copenhagen: countless of hours collecting, testing, and editing. We’re taking a little weekend vacation now—we’ve earned it.

Watch-out, Vienna!

Ed on Tour #2

Together with the engineer Giotto Bizzarrini, the designer Giorgetto Giugiaro and the body-experts of Bertone, Renzo Rivolta began developing the Iso Rivolta IR 300 (presented on the Torino Show of 1962), an elegant 2 + 2 Coupé with well-balanced technical components and outstanding driving performance:
the 5.4 L V8 Chevrolet Small-Block engine came from General Motors in Detroit, the transmission, too, axles (de Dion) and braking system (4 disc brakes!) came from the large Jaguars of the time. (...) After the sudden death of Renzo Rivolta, his son Piero became the director of Iso Rivolta in 1966 (aged only 25 then). Under his leadership, Iso built the limousine Fidia, “the fastest four seats on wheels” (Advertisement, 1967) with body by Ghia, the Grifo 7 litri (with the GM V8 7 L marine engine) and the 2 + 2 fastback Coupé Lele (1970) with body designed by Bertone, intended as the successor to the IR 300.
Iso Rivolta went bankrupt in 1974, only 1.700 Iso Gran Turismos had been built in those ten years.

Lucky enough to bump into a rare Rivolta in sleepy Vienna, now I am sure:
need a new ride …

Just a 12hours trainride for me, but a huge step in terms of living culture.

From fast paced Berlin to laidback Vienna. Burenwurst instead of Curry, pink baroque instead of concrete socialism. Meeting viennese based editors means spending hours and hours in yes, it´s still allowed to smoke coffeehouses, talking, discussing and having one-after-another Grosser Brauner mit Schlag.

Servas! Will keep you updated …
